PURPOSE:
To accurately track, record, and manage inventory assets (leased equipment, vehicles, or supplies) within the company to ensure availability, proper documentation, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Ensure that all leased items are well-documented, properly stored, and available for distribution or return.
qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of leasing processes and documentation is an advantage.
- Physically fit; able to perform manual tasks such as lifting, counting, and moving items.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

duties and reponsibilities:
- Receives, inspects and verifies all incoming appliances, equipment, furniture and scheduling deliveries to the Berthaphil Office and Berthaphil sites.
- Processing incoming assets, ensuring they are properly tagged, stored, encoded on the portal and managing the flow of assets within the company.
- In charge of conducting inventory, tagging, storing of evicted tenants’ assets.
- In charge of barcoding and quantifying Berthaphil assets during the move-in turnover including tagging assets assigned to newly occupied tenants and ensures accurate documentation and inventory tracking at the time of turnover.
- Enters records in the Property Asset Management portal. Keeping track of all assets, including their location, condition, and relevant details and ensuring inventory records are up to date and accurate.
- Updating asset databases with current information, including acquisitions, disposals, and movements.
- Verifying the physical presence of assets and reconciling discrepancies between physical counts and records.
- Assisting in the identification and tagging of new assets entering the inventory.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of asset management policies and procedures.
- Conducts the mid and annual assets physical inventory verification exercise by checking the accuracy of records and location of property and preparing reports
- Monitoring of scrapped items, tools, and assets.
- Sorting out of acquired assets from reusable to for disposal from buildings that are undergoing renovations.
- Coordinating and scheduling inspection with scrap contractor on scraps for selling, verifying accuracy of scraps quantity proposed by scraper and negotiates pricing.
- Assisting scrappers during the hauling process.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
